CorDx support FAQ

මෙම වෙළඳ නාමය සඳහා අත්පොත්, ලියාපදිංචිය සහ සහාය පිළිබඳ පොදු ප්‍රශ්න.

  • How do I perform the CorDx Tyfast COVID-19 Multiplex test?

Detailed instructions include swabbing both nostrils, inserting the swab into the provided reagent tube, rotating it 10 times, and dispensing 3 drops into the sample well. Results are read between 10 and 30 minutes.

  • What should I do if the control line (C) does not appear?

If the control line (C) is not visible, the test is invalid, even if other lines appear. You must re-test using a new swab and a new test cassette.

  • Can the CorDx Tyfast test be used on children?

The test is authorized for self-collection in individuals aged 14 years or older. For children aged 2 to 13 years, an adult must collect the anterior nasal swab specimen.

  • What does a positive result look like?

A positive result is indicated by the presence of the Control line (C) along with one or more test lines (e.g., COV for COVID-19, Flu A, or Flu B). Any visible line in the test region should be considered positive.

  • How should I store the CorDx test kit?

The test kit should be stored at room temperature between 36°F and 86°F (2°C - 30°C). Ensure all components are at room temperature before testing.
