Dake warrants finished machines to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year (12 months) from the delivery date. Component parts are warranted for 30 days.
All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You must contact Dake Customer Service at (800) 937-3253 or customerservice@dakecorp.com within 30 days of shipment to obtain an RMA.
