Connect the input power source to the IN+ and IN- terminals on the bare board. Connect your load or battery to the OUT+ and OUT- terminals. Ensure correct polarity for all connections. If charging a battery, consider adding an anti-backflow diode to the output.

For MPPT solar charging, connect a solar panel to the input and an external temperature probe to the NTC temperature probe interface. The battery icon will be displayed on the screen once the battery is connected.

The bare board supports serial communication and on-board 485 communication. These can be used simultaneously. For remote control via APP or web-based networking, connect a WiFi module to the serial port TTL level interface.

For low-cost multi-machine control, utilize the 485 bus control. Independent dual serial ports (serial port TTL and on-board 485) are available.

The device features a rotary encoder for quick and smooth page navigation. The main UI displays voltage, current, power, and set values. Other UIs include capacity record, voltage/current curve, parameter settings, system parameter settings, and pairing UI.

There are three ways to set voltagඊ සහ ධාරාව:

6.3 CV CC CW Features

The constant voltage value serves as the initial voltage (set to a reasonable value based on actual conditions). After the power supply is turned on, the equivalent resistance R of the load is calculated using Ohm's law R=U/I. Then, the corresponding voltage can be calculated based on the set constant power value using the power formula P=U²/R. At this point, the constant power point algorithm automatically follows, and the constant power is achieved.

6.4 Network Control and Group Control

The device supports LAN penetration for real-time communication and remote control via external networks. It also supports email notifications and cloud records. Control is possible through PC host computer software or the Sinilink mobile APP (Android/iOS).

The digital control panel supports one-to-many group control. By turning on the group control switch on the panel and using the 485 bus, you can collectively manage power supply activation/deactivation, voltage/current settings, achieving one-to-many control with simplicity and efficiency.

Activating Group Control Function: On the main power supply interface, briefly press the SW button to select the right status bar. Rotate the encoder to choose the group control switch activation icon, then briefly press the encoder button to open the selection dialog. Press the SW or encoder button to select and rotate the encoder to ON to enable group control mode. When setting voltage, current, or power on/off, the changes will automatically synchronize to all devices on the 485 bus (Note: Device addresses on the bus must be unique). Hold the SW button or wait 6 seconds without operation to exit and save settings automatically.

6.5 Universal Button Functions

  • Quickly Recall Data Sets: Hold the V-SET button to quickly load the M1 data set. Select Data Set: Hold the I-SET button to open the data set selection window. Rotate the encoder to choose the data set you want. Then, either hold I-SET or briefly press the SW/encoder button to load the selected data set. The interface will show the currently loaded data set.
  • Quickly Adjust System Parameters in the Status Bar: On the main screen, briefly press the SW button to select a status bar parameter. Rotate the encoder to switch between parameters. Briefly press the SW button or encoder button to adjust the parameter or open the parameter setting interface. Use the encoder to set the value. To save and exit, either hold the SW button/encoder button or wait 6 seconds without any button press. All settings are saved automatically.

6.7 Remote Control Demonstration
