2. Fill the spare membrane cap with the provided electrolyte solution. Ensure no air bubbles are trapped.
3. Carefully screw the membrane cap onto the electrode, ensuring the membrane is taut and free of wrinkles.
4. Allow the electrode to stabilize for approximately 15-30 minutes in the electrolyte solution before calibration.

5.5. Salinity Compensation

Salinity also influences dissolved oxygen levels. The DO600 provides adjustable salinity compensation:
