Temperature Monitoring Mode:

1. Select Meat Type: ඔබන්න මස් button to cycle through the 10 preset meat types (e.g., Beef, Poultry, Fish, Lamb, Pork, Veal, Ground Beef, Ground Poultry, Chicken, Program).
