General Mixing

- Turn the speed control dial to the desired setting (1-7). Start with a lower speed to prevent splashing, then increase as needed.
- To stop mixing, turn the speed control dial to "0".
Using HeatSoft Technology
The HeatSoft technology gently warms ingredients, such as cold butter, to room temperature while mixing, resulting in fluffier baked goods.
- Prepare your ingredients in a mixing bowl. For best results with butter, cut it into smaller pieces.
- Lower the beaters into the ingredients.

- Simultaneously, turn the speed control dial to your desired mixing speed.

Using the Boost Feature
For an extra burst of power to handle thicker batters or to quickly incorporate ingredients, press and hold the Boost බොත්තම during operation. Release the button to return to the selected speed.
