The Berrcom JXB-178 is a versatile 3-in-1 non-contact infrared thermometer designed for accurate and reliable temperature measurement. It can be used to measure body temperature, as well as the temperature of objects and rooms. Its non-contact design ensures hygiene and ease of use, making it ideal for infants, children, and adults. The device features a backlit LCD display for clear readings, a fever alarm, and a memory function to store previous measurements.

3. පිහිටුවීම
3.1 බැටරි ස්ථාපනය
The Berrcom JXB-178 thermometer requires 2 AA batteries (not included).

4. මෙහෙයුම් උපදෙස්
4.1 බල ගැන්වීම සක්රිය / අක්රිය කිරීම
- To power on: Press the measurement trigger button. The device will perform a self-test and display the last reading.
- To power off: The device will automatically shut off after 30 seconds of inactivity to conserve energy.
4.2 Measuring Body Temperature
- Ensure the thermometer is in Body mode. If not, press the 'MODE' button to switch to Body mode.
- Hold the thermometer 3-5 cm (1.2-2 inches) away from the center of the forehead.
- Press the measurement trigger button.

4.3 Measuring Object/Room Temperature
- Press the 'MODE' button to switch to Object mode (indicated by a house icon or similar).

4.4 Fever Alarm and Backlight
The thermometer features a color-coded backlight and an audible alarm to indicate temperature status:

4.5 මතක කාර්යය
The thermometer can store the last 32 temperature measurements.
- To access memory: Press the 'MEM' button. Each press will cycle through the stored readings.

The temperature unit can be switched between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).
- To switch units: While the device is on, press and hold the 'MODE' button for a few seconds until the unit changes.

- To activate/deactivate silent mode: Press the sound icon button (usually next to the 'MODE' button).

- For the sensor lens, gently wipe with a cotton swab moistened with alcohol. Allow to dry completely before use.

5.2 ගබඩා කිරීම
- උෂ්ණත්වමානය සෘජු හිරු එළියෙන් සහ අධික උෂ්ණත්වයන්ගෙන් ඈත්ව සිසිල් වියළි ස්ථානයක ගබඩා කරන්න.
- කාන්දු වීම වැළැක්වීම සඳහා උපාංගය දිගු කාලයක් භාවිතා නොකරන්නේ නම් බැටරි ඉවත් කරන්න.
