The tectake® XL Charcoal BBQ Grill Smoker offers three primary cooking methods: grilling, roasting, and smoking.

1. Grilling/Roasting:

• Add charcoal to the Charcoal Collection Pan. Light the charcoal according to standard barbecue practices.
• Once the charcoal is ready, place food directly on the ග්රේට්ස්. For roasting, you may use the lower grate.
• Close the lid to maintain heat. Monitor the internal temperature using the integrated උෂ්ණත්වමානය පියන මත.

• Close the lid and maintain a low, consistent temperature (typically 100-120°C or 225-250°F) using the ventilation controls. The water bowl helps stabilize this temperature.
