General Compatibility Guidelines:

American & Australian Cars: Standard OBD2 protocols after 1996.
European Cars: Standard EOBD protocols after 2003.
Asian Cars: Standard OBD2 protocols after 2005.
Chinese Cars: Standard OBD2 protocols after 2005.

For Ssangyong car makes, do not purchase if your car is before 2008.

Renault/Chevrolet Skoda car makes are not supported.
