Check if the label roll is inserted correctly with the printing side up. Ensure the printer is fully charged (RED FLASHING indicator means low battery). Clean the print head as described in the Maintenance section. - Printer not printing:
Check the indicator light status (RED ON could mean paper shortage or open cover). Ensure the label roll is properly installed and the cover is securely closed. Verify the app is connected to the printer. - App issues (e.g., freezing, features not loading):
Ensure your app is updated to the latest version. Try restarting the app or reinstalling it. Check your phone's internet connection if app features require online access. - Voice function not working:
Ensure the printer is in voice recognition mode (PURPLE FLASHING indicator). Check your phone's microphone permissions for the PeriPage app. Speak clearly and close to the device.
