To use the TWS function, turn on both speakers but do not pair them with your phone yet. Double-click (or triple-click, depending on the model) the pairing/TWS button on one speaker. A prompt sound will indicate they are paired. Then, search for the device name in your phone's Bluetooth settings to connect.
