Check the LED indicator on the camera. If it is not blinking blue slowly, press and hold the Reset button (often found on the back or under a rubber flap) for about 6 seconds until you hear 'Ready for pairing'.
Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network during setup, as many Swann cameras do not support 5GHz. Also, verify that your Wi-Fi password is entered correctly (it is case-sensitive).
